To become an international student at St Heliers School follow these steps:

1. Complete Application form and Contractual Agreement:

Application Form and Enrolment Agreement between St Heliers School, the Applicant's Parents, and the Student

TO TYPE ON THE APPLICATION FORM AND ENROLMENT AGREEMENT:

1. Click on the Application Form and Enrolment Agreement to download.
2. Click on Open in Acrobat Reader (top right hand corner of screen).
3. Click on Purple pen - Fill and sign (right hand side of screen).
4. Who needs to sign first? Click on Me.
5. Fill in the spaces on the Application Form and Enrolment Agreement.
6. Save, Print and Sign.
7. Email signed copy of Enrolment Agreement to the school.

입학 신청서와 함께 아래의 문서들을 보내 주십시요. Please send the following documentation with your application:

입학 할 학생의 최근 학교 성적표와 생활 기록부등의 복사본 1부. '서류들의 사본을 영어로 번역한 뒤 공증하여 제출하여 주십시요. Copy of the student's latest school reports for social and academic progress. Please provide certified, translated copies of reports.

학생의 여권 첫부분과 그 학생과 함께 거주 할 부모님의 여권 첫부분의 복사본 1부를 제출하여 주십시요. Copy of the front page of the passports of the student and the parent who will be living in New Zealand with the student.

학생의 출생증명서 (호적 등본) 1부를 번역한 후에 공증하여 주십시요. Copy of the student's birth certificate.
Copy of the student's immunization certificates, including the MMR vaccination

2. 학교로부터 학비 청구서를 받습니다. Receive invoice for fees

3. 학교의 은행계좌를 통해 학비를 완납합니다. Pay fees into school account

4. 비자신청을 위해, 신청에 필요한 학비 완납 영수증과 입학허가서를 받습니다. Receipt and Offer of Place subject to visa

5. 이민성에서 학생비자를 받습니다. ( 3개월 이상 학교등록 할 경우만 필요함 )

6. 비자가 나오는 즉시, 비자 복사본 1부를 학교에 제출 합니다.

The school must receive copies of Student and Guardian's visas as soon as they are issued.

7. 법적 보호자 Designated caregivers

부모와 동거 하지 않는 유학생들은 반드시 법적 보호자 (가디언)가 지정되어야하며, 학부모는 보호자 동의서를 작성하고 사인을 해야합니다.

뉴질랜드에서 공부하는 동안 모든 유학생들은 의료보험및 여행자보험을 반드시 가입해야 합니다.
