Year 6 Speech Competition
This term, our Year 6 students have been busy writing and presenting their own speeches based around the theme Our Roots, Our Voices and Our Future. Every student shared their speech with their class, followed by an in-class semi-final where three students were then selected to represent their class in our school speech competition held in the hall earlier this week. The Year 6 teachers were very impressed by the standard of speaking, with students confidently sharing their own ideas and unique take on the theme.We are pleased to announce our top three place-getters:

1st Place – Hugo M
Congratulations to all of our Year 6 students for their effort, confidence and enthusiasm throughout the competition. Hugo will now represent our school at the annual Rehutai Competition next week.
